Anna's Crumble Pie with Raspberries and Blueberries

Raspberry pie is a timeless favorite. The raspberries are flavored with cardamom and topped with a warm layer of butter, syrup, cream, and oats, then baked in the oven. It becomes a perfect crunchy raspberry pie.

300 g Anna's Original Gingerbread or Anna's Almond cookies
50 g butter
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ dl granulated sugar
225 g frozen raspberries
225 g frozen blueberries

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2. Put Anna's Gingerbread, butter, and cardamom in a food processor.
3. Mix and finely chop everything into a crumbly mass.
4. Spread 1/3 of the crumb dough in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
5. Add the berries and then sprinkle over the sugar.
6. Distribute the rest of the crumb dough over the berries.
7. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 - 40 min.
8. Serve with vanilla sauce, ice cream, or whipped cream.
