Yogurt with Anna's gingerbread crumble, candied nuts and figs

1 dl mixed nuts, e.g., hazelnuts and almonds
1 dl gingerbread crumble
1 dl sugar
about 4 dl yogurt
2 fresh figs
2 tbsp honey
4 pcs Anna's Gingerbread hearts
1. Melt the sugar in a frying pan until it turns golden. Add the nuts and stir.
2. Spread the mixture on a baking paper and let cool.
3. Chop the candied nuts into smaller pieces.
4. Layer the yogurt in glasses, sprinkle with crushed gingerbread and the candied nuts. Top with half a fig and some honey.
5. Garnish with whole gingerbread hearts.
